This is my dear friend Heather and her sweet family.  We go way back…almost 20 years!  She was my college roommate and one of my very first friends at UCSB.  I love her to pieces and am so excited to capture such an exciting time in her life.  She’s just a few weeks away from meeting her new baby boy!  We spent the morning at a local park capturing some of their last moments together as a family of 3.  They will soon be a family of 4!  Chloe can’t wait to meet her baby brother and I just know she’s going to be a great big sister.  Heather and Larry…here are just a few of my favorites.  Thank you for allowing me to document such a special time.  xo.

Wow….Has it really been 5 months since I’ve posted.  I promise to get back into the Blogging swing of things.  Lots and lots of sessions to post and will get them up soon!

Meet Baby Adele!  She’s baby sister to sweet Sofia who I’ve spent a lot of time with in 09/10.  I was so excited when Amy contacted me again to capture Adele’s first year.  She couldn’t have been a more perfect subject when I met her at 9 days old.  I’m very much looking forward to watching her grow over the next year.  Sofia is already a great big sister and so sweet with Adele.  Amy and Steve….thank you again for allowing me into your lives to capture Adele this year!

| the “r” family ~ san jose, ca |

Last weekend I met up with the “R” family at the Rose Garden in San Jose.  We lucked out with beautiful fall weather!  Mia and Anthony couldn’t have been more fun.  Mia was a little shy at first, but after a couple of minutes and us having a little chat about her favorite princess (which is Cinderella, by the way) we were fast friends!  We took advantage of the amazing later afternoon light and explored all that the Rose Garden had to offer.  Kelli and Brian, it was so great to meet you!  I had a blast photographing your family.  Here are just a few of my favorites.

My favorite 4 years olds, Jack and Kate and their baby brother, Parker.  I love this family!  Their mom and I go way back….we used to work together in the travel industry and we spent many summers in Mexico and winters together in ski resorts all over the country.  Now 12+ years later, we are still great friends and I get to photograph her beautiful family. I had so much fun spending the morning with these kiddos.  Jack and Kate are two of the sweetest kids I know…And Parker….well what can I say other than I just want to squeeze him.  Look at those cheeks!  He’s so mellow and just goes with the flow.  We had a beautiful morning exploring the park and trying to whistle through Acorns:) Jen and Matt….here’s your sneak peek, just a few of my favorite images from our session .
